Kim Kardashian Files for Divorce 72 Days After $10 Million Lavish Wedding
After millions of dollars and many hours on E! leading up to their wedding, it’s over for newlyweds Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries.
Kardashian will file for divorce today, TMZ reports, and will cite “irreconcilable differences.”
The pair began dating in December 2010 and their relationship was chronicled on “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” with the season finale capturing Humphries’ romantic proposal.
And then came the wedding.
The news of the couple’s split comes just 72 days after their highly-publicized wedding, in which close to 500 of their closest friends, family and E! camera crews gathered in Montecito, Calif., on August 20 to watch the reality star marry the New Jersey Nets player.
But things haven’t been smooth sailing since their August nuptials. The couple has been busy filming a new season of “Kourtney & Kim Take New York,” and rumors have been swirling that all is not well in the Kardashian-Humphries household.
It’s also rumored that Kardashian had lunch with ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush over the weekend, which just add fuel to the fire.

Hey!! Celebrities n their nuptials. And the wedding cost 10million dollars only to last 72 days. Khloe has taken her marriage more seriously despite being the crazy one i guess. Kim’s marrage was a sham right from the begining.

I saw this coming. Of course I wouldn’t want to prejudice against Kim and put all the blame on her for the divorce because I don’t know much about the guy. But honestly, in my humble opinion, Kim is “too playful” to really/seriously commit herself to a guy long term. That’s why I never took that wedding seriously from the very start.
