1. END TO CASUALISATION BY PUTTING ALL UNIONISED EMPLOYEES ON PERMANENT
2. OUR CONDITIONS OF SERVICES TO BE SIGNED AND EFFECTED BEFORE JULY MONTHENED.
3. OUR SALARIES TO BE INCREASED ACCORDING TO OUR DEMANDS(30%) AND ALSO TO HYAVE OUR SALARIES TO BE HARMONIZED WITH LUSAKA WHO ARE GETTING MORE THAN US, THE COMPANY HAS CAPACITY TO DO SO. WE KNOW HOW THEY WASTE AND STEAL MONEY.
