Mulongoti Scoffs at MMD

People’s party president Mike Mulongoti says party has scoffed at the MMD by stating that his new political party has a better agenda for the Zambian people than the former ruling party.

And Mr Mulongoti says it is too late for the former ruling party to invite him to rejoin them and help reorganize the MMD.

Mr. Mulongoti has told Qfm news in an interview that some members of the opposition MMD are being selfish by trying to find faults in him and his newly formed People party.

He recalls how when he was fired by former republican president Rupiah Banda in February 2011, none of the national executive committee members present stood up to defend him.

Mr. Mulongoti explains that now that he has began a new life in politics, he will not be swayed by any selfish politician to rejoin the former ruling party.

And Mr. Mulongoti pointed out that MMD vice president Dr. Brian Chituwo and other members calling on him to rejoin the party should not pretend to care when they were part of the team that threw him out of the MMD.

He has since maintained that his party has a unique manifesto and the Zambian people would soon be able to access it in all provinces.

People should at least be honest to themselves.Somebody should give mulongoti a big mirror to look at himself and realize that he is not presidential material.I am very sure he has no mirror in his house apart from the one in his wife’s hand bag which is exclusively for her to check her makeup offcourse. If he had a mirror am sure he was not going to entertain this fantacy of becoming the president of Zambia.
