SATA Is A Dictator- HH

Opposition United party for National Development (upnd) leader has accused president Michael Sata of being a dictator.

speaking during a media briefing in Lusaka this yesterday ,UPND president Hakainde Hichilema said president Sata had lied to the Zambian people during the campaigns in 2011.

Mr.Hichilema said it is unfortunate to see the true colours of president Michael Sata after the Zambian people gave him a chance to govern the country based on his campaign promises that quickly changed the mind set of the majority Zambians to vote for him.

Mr.Hichilema also notes that there is urgent need for president Michael Sata and the patriotic front administration to urgently reverse their decision on fuel and maize subsidies if the country has to continue enjoying peace and stability.

The upnd leader adds that the current protests by the university of Zambia students are justifiable because they are affected and they know that their parents and guardians will not afford the current high cost of living that government wants to impose on the majority Zambians.

Mr.Hichilema further stated that Zambia is a democratic country and the citizens are not ready to be governed in a dictatorial manner.

Let the students demonstrate peacefully. Why tear gas them? Police can lead them to where ever they want to go without disturbing them.

What the PF regime is doing in terms of removal of subsidies is not necessarily bad for the Zambian people. We have running an artificial economy for far too long! We have to face reality and bite the bullet, if we have to move forward. Politics of appeasement should be a thing of the past.

However, it is the manner, timing and, probably, the ulterior motive and inconsitence behind it that, to me, is the real problem. Why should such a big decision come as an after-thought to the PF’s mind, when they had a whole year, last year, to plan and budget for it in a balanced and transparent manner? Why haven’t they waited for the sitting of Parliament so that they submit a supplementary budget estimate? Why can’t they wait for the 2014 budget which is to be adopted in a few months time from now? Why are they failing to diversify tax collection to cover the informal sector? what about windfall tax on any super-profits from the mines? Why not remove subsidy on electricity supply to the mines? Why do they not want these matters to be debated in the National Assembly? Dictatorship? Funding of by-elections? Can they explain to us in specific terms how much money they will save from the subsidies and where exactly this money will go. PF should not just generalise schools, hospital, roads et cetera. Let them tell the Nation the name of each project and the amounts that will be involved.

I agree with Mr. Changa Mire remarks in one of the comments. There are no doubts about it. HH is just a potential dictator. Like Preident Sata had waited for hs turn, HH shall just do the same if he was to come in power. These peoples grassroots are from UNIP dictatorships and wealth gathtering under another dictor called Frederik Titus Chiluba in a very dishonesty way. One must come from a good house. One must have aan elephant skin in order not to become a dictator. HH gained his wealth by selling Zambian nationalized properties such as the Mines under Chiluba. Sata is a product of UNIP dictatorship. Though Kenneth Kaunda himself was not corrupt. In short it is time that zambians open up their minds like west africans. Not to be fooled anymore.
Further, arresting nd expelling protesting students is not aan answer. These are als human beings and future bread winners for their families. Their demands and protests are genuine. You cannot cut subsidies when you know that there are no social securities where poor people can get incomes like in the western countries. Mr. Sata at State House does not suffer with his family. HH can afford to fly to India for his wifes treatments nd of course to hide his wealth. The people who are suffering ar indigenous poor Zambians. Street boys are a by product of poverty and dictatorships.

With human imperfection,no one will ever be good except in death – He was a good fellow , always avails at funetals .Especially here in Africa .Why , because of hatered , greedness , hunger and high appetites for leadership .Mr sata is a man of action .If you are lazy and would like to receieve things on a silver platter as you used to be , or getting through from the backyard as you used to do it , not with him he is in a hurry to develop Zambia and no time for time wasters .First of all , how did some of you become rich in an impoverished africa ? If you bought people using such church or robbery money in your campaigns not with Sata .Remember once a soldier ,a soldier he will remain .Lets build Zambia on the founded principals of peace and love .Lets be a beacon of civilisation .Universities today are even in homes because of the e-learning .The world is a step away from 1966 .Long live Zambia , long live Mr President .Confused people leave Zambia and join war torn family run countries .

EVEN HIS ECONOMIC CANNOT HELP HIM. HE IS BLINDED BY HATE. HH IS SUCH A BAD GUY THAT I DO NOT IMAGINE HOW HE COULD RULE THIS COUNTRY.

WHY CAN’T HH RESPECT THE MANDATE THAT THE PEOPLE HAS GIVEN THE PF. THE PF WAITED EVEN WHEN THEY WERE ROBBED OF CERTAIN VICTORY AND WE WAITED.

WHY IS HH SCHEMING ALL THE ALEGATIONS AND ALWAYS SAYING THE PF CHEATED PEOPLE. HIS APETITE FOR POWER HAS MADE HIM BLIND TO WHAT THE PF IS ARCHIEVING.

HH SHOULD REMEMBER THAT WE PF SUPPORTER ARE WATCHING HIS UTTERANCES AND THE TRIGGER POINT IS CERTAIN. WE ARE SHALL SWING INTO ACTION WITHOUT WARNING

Ken it cannot be true than what you have alluded to. PF waited calmly in 2006 and 2008 at a time when every boby knew that we were robbed of victory. Without doubt Pf would have been in govt way back in 2006 if those entrusted to conduct elections were scesere enough. Hakainde has never been robbed of any election as he was coming out distant third since 2006.

HH should not bury his head in the sand. Let him explain to us where government will get money to provide schools, hospitals, roads etc. Come to think of it is it not the same Millers who want to increase the price of mealie meal which is currently subsdised. HH running a country is not that simple. Am sure even in your companies you have made some decisions which are unpopular to your employees but are essential to the survival of your companies.
