Iris Kaingu the lady who was convicted for featuring in a sex video and is a daughter of Education Minister Michael Kaingu has announced that she is eying to contest as Member of Parliament for Lusaka Central.
Iris who boasts that she now has thousands of fanfans on her social media page says she has decided to go into politics.
She said after graduating next year in April from UK where she is doing her masters degree in Business, she will come back to Zambia and join a political party and apply to stand as MP for Lusaka central.
Iris who has become famous following her hot sex video says Lusaka central will be an ideal constituency for her because of easy publicity she says.
She said her father was her mentor and that she wants to join politics and contribute to the development of the country.
Iris again apologised for the leaked video that went viro in the social media and appealed to the media to stop portraying her as a bad person.
She was speaking on Muvi Television’s The Assessment programme monitored by Zambian Eye Sunday evening.
