Kambwili: HH Is Misleading Zambians
Minister of Information and Broadcasting Services Chishimba Kambwili says United Party for National Development (UPND) president Hakainde Hichilema is bent on misleading Zambians in his attacks on President Lungu’s administration by peddling falsehoods.
And Mr Kambwili says it is impossible for MMD to give back Zamtel to LAPGreen of Libya because the former ruling party will never again form Government.
Speaking when he featured on a special interview on Sun FM in Ndola on Sunday night, the minister said Mr Hichilema is up to no good and cannot be entrusted with running the affairs of the country.
“But the people of Zambia are above such kind of political scenarios and are able to differentiate matters. He is aimed at misleading a few individuals,” Mr Kambwili said.
He added: “Please try and analyse what some of these opposition leaders say, you will realise that they are just politicking.”
Mr Kambwili, who is chief government spokesperson, said the opposition is envious of the development projects that the Patriotic Front (PF) administration has undertaken since assuming power four years ago.
The minister also dismissed claims by the UPND that the PF Government has failed to implement the Link Zambia 8,000 road project.
“For someone to go and say that the PF has failed to implement the Link Zambia 8,000 project is an excellent lie,” Mr Kambwili said.
He said it is unreasonable for the opposition to judge the PF’s performance in just a period of four years.
“Because nobody, no country in the world has developed in four years, what the PF is doing is correcting the wrongs that have been done in the past in order for us to build this country,” Mr Kambwili said.

The big boy will tell the small boy to throw it becaouse it has sand. when the small boy frops it he quickly picks it and runs away. Sir geoge. ukucula has not started today and zambians have gone throw that before 1990. say thankyou to PF because they have built roads,hospitals, schools and new districts. Next phase we are coming to fix our kwacha.

HH has proved himself capable of running anything and succeeding,he herded cattle as a boy,which calls for hardwork and discipline,went to unza then uk for masters,yet kambwili crooked copperstone for a degree.HH has made it in the corporate world while kambwili is doing sangwapo in government.let HH rule and we judge him by his performance not myopic assumptions ay neckless dull kambwili.

Gents, Why do you always talk about things that cannot develop this country.
If some opposition parties think that they can run this country why cant they utilize their money in making roads, Hospitals or do something that can be seen that they are working towards developing the country. By doing that, it will be easy to convince the people that they are the right party to follow instead of just talking and insulting each other.

Iam surprised at the statement that the pf cannot be judged in fours of power. Why do we have 5year terms? Why do we have elections every after 5years? So Kambwili thinks it should after 20 years for one to be judged?
No, a party in govt should be judged every after 5years and get replaced if found wanting.
lyo pena pali kwacha na dollar na fuel na loadshedding kuya bebele. They have to go, they have messed up everything.
The best way to defend themselves is by fixing what they have messed up. That is what Mwanawasa did.
MMD under Mwanawasa fixed the economy and ended up lengthening their rule up to 20 years not by just talking and becoming arrogant like Kambwili.
RB who behaved like Kambwili by just criticising the opposition ended up making himself useful to pf.
Kambwili and pf are just useful to upnd for just shouting the loudest and doing nothing to fix the economy. That is why hh does not respond to Kambwili. He wants him to keep shouting the loudest. HH will not stop talking coz Kambwili has become his friend indeed.
