Government says there can be no meaningful development without preaching the word of God.
In a speech read on her behalf by youth and sport Minister Vincent Mwale at the celebration of Scripture Union’s 50 years of service, Vice President Inonge Wina says government appreciates the role that the Scripture Union has continued to play in turning the tides of morality around in the country.
Ms. Wina notes that if the people of Zambia rallied behind the Scripture Union, the current moral degradation among the youths would not be as rife as it is today.
She says Scripture Union if supported can help produce young people who will turn out into responsible and God fearing future leaders.
Ms. Wina has appealed to the church in Zambia and the business fraternity at large to continue supporting the work of the Scripture Union in various ways possible, stating that the Scripture Union is not a competitor to the church or government, but a nonprofit para church organization that seeks to build the kingdom of God by working alongside the church and the government.
She has since assured the Scripture Union that government will continue to appreciate its works as this is line with the constitutional provision of Zambia being a Christian nation.

Tell them, they like taking smoke in such hurry and leave behind the real fire. Come 2016, it will be PF again, even by one vote. It will be disaster to let the incest born Satanist hakainde Hichilema to become president, he is too evil.

There is no necessary connection between the bible and development (whatever she means by development).

My friend, without the Bible, you and I are nothing. We need the word of God go guide us.
But we know God is not priority to some of you, hence some of you are Satanists.

Sorry, unfortunately the majority of voters are not Satanists so your Hakainde Hichilema will again lose in 2016. Levy Mwanawasa said that the UPND will forever remain behind like buttocks. Buttocks have a function to perform, but that function is behind, NOT IN FRONT.
So we need the UPND in Zambia, in fact, very much, but we need it BEHIND NOT IN FRONT. Buttocks can never be in front. The front is for better tools.

Bible is fig of imagination of mercenaries. No truth in it, not an ounce of truth. It hurts but the truth is Jesus was not born out of a virgin (?) Mary. Nobody has ever been born of a Virgin. It is scientifically, rationally and logically impossible. The axiom is wrong so the whole cock and bull story is wrong.
