PF Mole Exposed: Brian Hapunda Caught Leaking State Secrets To UPND Online Paper Watchdog
An audio recording of former Lusaka UPND youth chairperson Brian Hapunda in which he is on phone conversation leaking classified information to a Watchdog journalist has gone viral on social media.
Hapunda who was sponsored by UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema at the University of Zambia before he was expelled for being in possession of leaked exam papers, disclosed to the Watchdog journalist about President Edgar Lungu’s plans to fire Kaizer Zulu, State House Permanent Secretary Emmanuel Chilubanama and Party Secretary General Davies Chama.
In the audio, Hapunda is emphasising to the journalist that he should forward the information to Loyd Himambo, the editor of the UPND online newspaper the Watchdog.
“So comrade make sure you hammer and forward to bena Loyd. The boss is very upset with Chama, Kaizer and Chilubanama, ” said Hapunda

This guy is just a fall guy they want to hoodwink people that the problem has been solved. Edgar needs to go into the fundamental core issue why his team are alerting Zambians what’s going on in his office. Why wasn’t it a common thing under other previous presidents?

If its a common trend of leaking why is Edgar flipping? Whistle blowing is everywhere but it’s only a secretive Govt that would be irritated. For example how can something meant to be for public reading be a secret document? Besides why rush to the media to announce the “culprit”? Is that maturity in the leadership? Why didn’t they retire the person quietly after investigations? That’s why I say Lungu has no wisdom but he acts like an insect thru instinct or environmental forces.
