VIDEO: Toddler Inches Away From Fall As He Casually Stands On Window Ledge Of 8th-Floor Flat
A toddler, aged around two-years-old obliviously stood on the window ledge of an eighth-floor flat often without holding on.
Amazingly, the boy from the city of Miass in southern Russia’s Chelyabinsk Oblast region, spends over two minutes on the ledge while his parents are nowhere to be seen.
The extraordinary footage was taken by a family who live in the apartment block opposite, who called the police. Much to the relief of the family watching, the little lad eventually has enough and climbs back inside the flat.
Police officers, who arrived about 15-minutes after the emergency call, did not see the toddler’s death-defying stunt but have now spoken to the parents.
A spokesman said they were a normal family without any problems and the parents are said to have been shocked when they were told what had happened while their backs were turned.
