Nsanda’s Father Sues Administrators OVER His Son’s Property

THE late Road Development Agency board chairperson, Willie Nsanda’s father has dragged three administrators to court over his son’s property.
Willie Nsanda senior has sued Andrew Ng’andu, Eustance Kankomba and Andrew Chileshe accusing them of withdrawing money at will and has since asked the Lusaka High Court to order them to produce the full inventory of his late son’s estate and render accounts of administration of the estate.
Mr Nsanda of stand number 2085 WaterFalls Area who has sued together with the deceased’s two daughters Mutale and Febby, suing in her capacity as legal custodian of the late’s eight year old daughter, Mwila, also wanted the court to remove the three as administrators of the estate.
Mr Nsanda has contended that he was retired and a beneficiary to the estate of his late son by virtue of having been the biological father while Febby was suing in her capacity as the mother and legal guardian of Mwila.
He said that Mr Ngandu, Mr Kankomba and Mr Chileshe, were the administrators of the estate who were appointed on May 12, this year out of the Probate Registry of the High Court.
Mr Nsanda said that his son died intestate on March 24, this year at Milpark Hospital in South Africa and was survived by him (the father), Mutale, Elizabeth and Mwila.
He said that his son left several properties including shares in private companies and money in bank accounts which the administrators had allegedly refused or failed to give information upon being asked to do so by the beneficiaries.
Mr Nsanda alleged that Mr Ngandu, Mr Kankomba and Mr Chileshe had departed from their duties of administering the estate by interfering with the operations of the companies where the deceased was a shareholder and they have since become signatories and withdrawing money at will.
He said the administrators had lately experienced differences among themselves such that they had failed to administer the estate effectively thereby exposing it to depletion.
“That while my son was alive, I was receiving a stipend for my upkeep from my son and I was actually on payroll from Bells Transport Limited a company my late son was a shareholder. Upon assumption of administratorship the said stipend was stopped,” he said.
He further alleged that the vault containing valuables which was in the custody of the administrators had allegedly gone missing, but recovered by the police after some days under which circumstances they had failed to give meaningful explanation and disclosure of the whereabouts of the content of the vault.
He alleged that one of his granddaughters Elizabeth got possession of the vault and that she took possession of the same by the help of two of the administrators, but the same was recovered from her at Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe Police Post.

Confusion even after death. This was the same confusion we had at rda under nsanda. Alot of corruption and this explains why his relatives are fighting over our tax money. The pf is a joke

They say silence is golden when you are dealing with crooked and weired characters but speak out once they have exhausted their crookedness. Firstly I would say Febby and Willie Sir should be the last persons to talk about inventory. Willie Sir stole phones and jewellery from his so called late son who he never even took care of.As if that is not enough he got cash money for the chattel which he did deserve.Got 10% for the dependent who happens to be a granddaughter. Case pending at kabwata police. Regardless of him getting money for the chattels still on and grabbed some more material things. Shameless man hide the deceased’ clothes pasambo lyamfwa.I am not liked by him because he and fellow crooks want to sale property that was left by the late.ati nakota alefwaya alilepo pafyotabombele.And I am against that.ulyatata nikuluku.They have shared the money before offsetting dates.Beneficiaries like him and Debby have made our operations pathetic. Febby taunakileukulya legacy. I guess you do not have manners not even bad ones.one administrator shalyako money.I sweat for my money.I won’t even call you names because two wrongs can’t make a right. My advice to you is that you should not poke your nose in the business you are not affiliated to.Be a man,worse off I know you do not have copious info.By the way Willie was not raised up by his father.

The first time you dented my name I forgave you by virtue of you crooks being my relatives.This time around I am throwing all the cards on the table for the crookedness in this estate to be exposed. These two beneficiaries are up to no good.By the way I have not received any summons for a suing certification.These crooks want to hijack the estate. Justin kauseni , Willie sr, Febby are the people in question. kauseni is a nobody in this estate but he wants to behave like he is a somebody. where is your benefit.

I am advising the lawyers dealing with these crooks to be careful. I was appointed by the maternal side.So these crooks have no right to make me resign and besides I have not messed up in any way.They want me out so as to pave way for there crookedness.we did a partial inventory regardless of the hostile and pathetic behavior exhibited by these crooks. bank statements are in their possession. Do you know that Justin has handled monetary transactions behind my back as an administrator.Do you know that Willie sr hide clothes , gargets like phones and ipads for his late son before isambo lyamfwa.Do you know that titles for properties are in different hands.Do you know that the other administrator is not Chileshe but Andrew kurt kachibe.

Do you know that Willie sr has grabbed the 10% for the dependant who happens to be a granddaughter, case pending at kabwata victim unit. Do you know that Febby has put caviet on one property and soliciting the sale of the rest of the properties.Do you know that these crooks shared the money before offsetting debts.Do you know that vulnerability to those daughters not siding with crooks.Do you that this will land them in catastrophic situations.Ask me who the big fish is, the one stirring up all this mess.

which administrators have they sued because I am the only administrator my two colleagues have resigned on grounds based on their knowledge. They want to make the children to be on rocks.Do you know that there is a child in question who at first was considered positively and later shoveled off due to burning issues between Lisa’s mother and Willie sr.Do you know that Willie sr demanded equal share on the chuttels which is illegal. later started getting some more which now forced Elizabeth to secure the vault.It’s like she stole.Big thieves trying to smirch my name. Good lord is watching. They will pay for this mess.
