1.2 Million New Voters Captured
THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has recorded 1,246,626 new registrations, 1,235,633 updates (voter transfer, card replacements and amendments) and 23,783 notifications of deceased voters.
According to ECZ voter registration statistics, in the first four phases which took place from September 14, 2015 to November 11, 2015, a total of 2,506,042 applicants were processed.
Lusaka Province has recorded the highest applications which stand at 409,792 with North-Western Province recording the least with 142,241 processed applications.

Agony…is that at the end of voting exercise it shall be noted that the total votes casted and the rejects will surpass the exact number of registered.

We are so proud of this. This is a good develop because it means that our door to door message as upnd reached many households..our message for people to.register was very loud and clear. We than you zambians. Voting is a privilege which many countries do not have. Use it wisely and vote upnd

@ ba NEZ, hope you are a registered voter? coz it is a well known fact most of the guys very active in political debates do not even vote! they have no time to wait in long ques, yet they insult the voters for voting against there preference????
