I agree good hygiene practices must be taught in schools and were possible paid for The other problem is lack of sanitary bins for ladies in public toilets to avoid toilet blockages from sanitary pads.

If cabinet toilets can be that filth, wat more of toilets @ KMB or kamwala ? Our curriculum shud include hygene as a subject on its own, even churches shud teach hygene . It must be consistently taught not just a oneoff topic.
