A THIRTEEN-YEAR-OLD girl yesterday narrated in the Livingstone Magistrate’s Court how her 19-year-old lover of Kazungula defiled her twice.
She was testifying in a case in which Nicholas Muzamai of Makalanguzu village in Kazungula is charged with defilement.
Magistrate Benjamin Mwelwa is hearing the case.
It is alleged that Muzamai had unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl aged 13 on June 21, 2015 in Makalanguzu village.
Narrating the ordeal, the girl said she used to sell drinks at Kazungula border post when she met Muzamai, who proposed love to her.
“Muzamai asked me to be his girlfriend and I refused, but when he persisted, I accepted,” she testified.
She said after she started going out with Muzamai, he would always follow her at school.
The girl testified that Muzamai would always ask her for sex and that she would refuse.
The victim told the court Muzamai invited her to his place in May last year and they had sex.
She said one Sunday, she visited Muzamai’s place and they had sex again.
The victim said her mother asked her if she was involved in a love affair, which she denied.
“After I denied being in a love affair, my mother beat me up until I disclosed that I actually had been having sex,” she said.
The matter was then reported to Kazungula police post.

God has never left any physical evidence of his existence on earth.

When we analyze prayer with statistics, we find no evidence that God is “answering prayers.”
Huge, amazing atrocities like the Holocaust and AIDS occur without any response from God.
And so on…
If we had scientific proof of God’s existence, all religious people would be aligning on the God that had been scientifically proven to exist. Instead there are thousands of gods and religions. The reason for this lack of evidence is easy for any unbiased observer to see. The reason why there is no empirical evidence for God is because God is imaginary. Many believers will say, “It is impossible for you to prove that God (Allah, Ra, Vishnu, whatever) does not exist. There is no way to prove that something does not exist.” This is a silly argument for the following reason.
Imagine that we have a conversation one day and I say to you, “Today I believe in the gerflagenflopple. You cannot prove that the gerflagenflopple does not exist, therefore it exists.” You can see that this is ridiculous. Just because I have invented something out of thin air does not mean that its non-existence is suddenly unprovable. There has to be some evidence, or some reason, that the gerflagenflopple exists in order to assert its existence. Since there is not, it is quite easy to say that the gerflagenflopple is imaginary until such evidence is provided. We also know that the gerflagenflopple was made up on this comment section. The word did not exist until created here.
Creation itself proves the existence of God including yourself. If you get into a pilot’s cabin or open the engine boot of a car and said “nothing proves that someone designed and built all the instruments in pilot’s cabin or car’s engine”,do you think someone or engineers will clap their hands in agreement with you? Science reveals things that are even beyond human designs,creativity or imaginations. Do you know the number of shapes and sizes Snow Flakes has or why your nails never stops growing? Do you know how Old is Bible,the number of Authors and the period they spent to write it? Let me remind you that some of the Authors never met each other and Paul who wrote much of the books never met Jesus physically but was persecuted because of him. God doesn’t exist in circumstances,situations or anything you can think of because you have rejected him…!
