Sampa: 50% Of Lungu’s Cabinet Are Loyal To Me
Former Commerce Deputy Minister and Matero Member of Parliament, Miles Sampa, has told scores of his supporters who gathered at his Farmers House office this morning that Lungu should not dare him because 50% of his Ministers are loyal to him and he had the ability to send PF into oblivion in less than 7 months.
Hon. Sampa, also took a swipe at PF’s provincial vice-Chairman, Daniel Kalembe who led a team of youths to lock his office on Tuesday, and described him as a ‘tick’ clinging on to a dead animal.
“I don’t blame the miserable youths who were used yesterday because of njala (hunger), I know the person behind all this, now go & tell him that 50% of his top officials are loyal to me & they are just waiting for their gratuities… tell him not to force me to do what I don’t want because in less that 7 months I can send all of them into oblivion.” He said, amidst cheers from his supporters.
“Today I’m being accused of not being loyal to the party I was an active agent in its formation…listen, the fact is not that I have gone astray, my party is the one that has gone astray, I’m still me & I haven’t changed. We have shifted from the original ideologies of PF & have failed our people! People have been reduced to beggars in their own country and there’s no money in people’s pockets! How do I become loyal when we ourselves are not loyal to the people that elected us?” He wondered.
“Elo futi uyu Daniel (Kalembe), should be careful with the people using him, many youths have cried after being used to create enemies like that over a K1,000 he was given. Go & tell him that the animal he’s clinging on to is a dead one..”
Hon. Sampa thanked his supporters for daring the odds by going to his office to show him solidarity and advised them to remain calm and not run amok in retaliation over the persecution he was subjected to. He told his supporters that he would not resign from his parliamentary seat until parliament dissolves but dared them to expel him from PF.

It is pretentious on the part of Sampa and demeaning to the ministers for Sampa to state that Lungus cabinet is full of mutineers.
If people are genuinely supporters, they should show themselves and not cower and skulk in the shadows waiting to jump ship.
Such are worse than cowards. They are traitors to their current and future appointing authorities.

There are so many examples we can about who have gone in a similar manner and the way they have ended up in their political careers. The man in Bwinji mfumu road knows that Kabimba is not taking him anywhere so he is trying to confuse the young by taking his advise which unfortunately will not take him anywhere. From MMD time about the 22 rebel MPs and PPUD, General Miyanda, Magande and our beloved late President Sata, how did it take him to become president of Zambia and the young man is dreaming of 7 months, well they say its good to dream but especially at night but its seems Sampa is day dreaming!!!! If I want to be in the NEWS I can just pretend to be a mad person and start misbehaving. Never go to bed mad stay up and fight. If you have issues within your party,sit and deliberate. We are on the ringside NOT to watch you but the fight. Therefore do not conclude 50% are on your side because they can change just like you have. Most politicians are unpredictable. Today they may launch a party and the next morning go into alliance with those that have money to waste. In the end the parasites following blindly end up with no one to suck blood from anymore. How does someone say they have supporters who have not even known his intentions apart from being bitter. That is NOT good friendship.

Everyone knows the reconciliations between pf cadres before January 2015 elections was just meant to consolidate a pf victory for the presidential by-election in January to finish the five years mandate, now that the mandate is about to elapse, the so called true green will side with miles and ed will remain with the co_opted RBMMD and sellouts from UPND like monde, siamunene , a fufutu fufutu sorry 50 /50 affair in pf between the two is unavoidable just like that iceberg that ripped the Titanic into two, but miles looks like he has his card closer to his chest, and just waiting for the right moment. Sampa is right. Chimbwi pakulila pali eko shintile. ECL will remain with MMD and most PF members are leaving. The game has started. Do not underrate this young man. 50%+1 ECL signed will not be plain sailing. Even small numbers miles may be commanding, will be needed for the 50%+1.
Guy Scot could be busy in the back ground organising things. ECL cannot be compared to MCS when he expelled MPs. That man was more popular than ECL whose name he was elected.
