Govt Assures of Constant Drug Supply

Government has assured Zambians that it has invested a lot in drug supply chain to put to end shortages of drugs in the country.
Health Deputy Minister Chitalu Chilufya says government has put everything in place to ensure that there will be no shortages of drugs in the country.
Dr. Chilufya says government has decentralized the Medical Stores of Zambia and has created regional centers across the country where drugs can be accessed.
He has explained that health centers in this vein will not need to travel to Lusaka to get the drugs but can easily access them from regional centers.
Dr. Chilufya says following these developments, cases of shortages of drugs in the country will be no more as government has strengthened drug supply chain.
