Former ECZ Director Convicted For Corrupt Practices
The Lusaka Magistrate Court has convicted former Electoral Commission of Zambia Deputy Director for Information Technology Mpundu Mfula for corrupt practices involving 90,000 US Dollars.
The Anti-Corruption Commission arrested 54 year old Mr Mfula, of Plot 1927, 6 miles in Kabangwe area of Lusaka and charged him with one count of corrupt practices by public officer.
Details are that Mr. Mfula between 1st May 2006 and 31st December 2006, did corruptly receive a total of US$90,000.00 cash as a gratification from Vik Vaid a Project Manager at Universal Print Group of South Africa.
The payment was made through a company called Aeron Limited of Mauritius as a commission for the supply and delivery of disposable booths, chairs and tables relating to the contract between Electoral Commission of Zambia and Universal Print Group.
The arrest and subsequent conviction of Mr. Mfula follows the backdrop of numerous concerns bordering on allegations of corruption involving officials at Universal Print Group, the company selected by the Electoral Commission of Zambia to print ballot papers for the 2011 General Elections in which the Patriotic Front won the Presidential elections.

ECZ HAS BEEN DIRTY WITH CORRUPTION, WITH BLESSINGS COMING FROM GOVERNMENTS OF THE DAY, ALL THESE YEARS. THERE IS NO TRANSPARENCY IN ECZ DEALINGS. AND THIS PARTICULAR CONVICTION SHOULD SOUND AS A WARNING BELL TO ALL BOSSES AT ECZ NOT TO EVER BE TEMPTED TO ROB ZAMBIANS OF THEIR WISH TO BE RULED BY LEADERS OF THEIR TRUE CHIOCE. STOP RIGGING THE ELECTIONS IN OUR COUNTRY. STOP TEMPERING WITH VOTING MATERIALS AIMED AT GIVING ONE CONTENDING PARTY, ESPECIALLY THE RULING PARTY, AN UPPER HAND OVER OTHERS. The country is rocked by a lot of misfits and is stinking of filthy arising from protracted corruption by well known clans and mischievous hereditary thieves. Revert back to borders that were there before 1911.Shit

But why has it taken long for ACC to investigate. In 2011 who were in govt b4 elections MMD and why was this case not brot to book during the late president Sata and why now? What has happenend btwn PF and MMD now.

Examine God’s sexism
If you would like to prove to yourself that God is imaginary, here is one easy way to do it: Look for places in the Bible where God is an absurd, unmitigated jerk instead of the “all-knowing”, “all-loving”, “fully-enlightened” being that he is supposed to be. The utter contradiction proves that God is imaginary.
God makes no mention of forming any sort of covenant with women.
There are many other examples that we can find in the Bible:
In Matthew 25:1 Jesus says: “At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom.”
In John 20:17 Jesus says to Mary: “Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father,” as though the touch of a woman is somehow improper, but a few verses later, is happy to have Thomas touch him.
In Genesis chapter 3, God punishes Eve, and all women for thousands of years, with greatly increased pain during childbirth. No such pain is inflicted on Adam.
In Ephesians 5:22-24 we find this: “Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.”
In 1 Peter 3:7 we find: “Husbands, in the same way be considerate as you live with your wives, and treat them with respect as the weaker partner and as heirs with you of the gracious gift of life, so that nothing will hinder your prayers.”
In 1 John 2:13, John says, “I write to you, fathers, because you have known him who is from the beginning. I write to you, young men, because you have overcome the evil one. I write to you, dear children, because you have known the Father.” No mention is made of women.
And so on. There are many, many examples like these throughout the old and new testaments.
There are other, broader examples of misogyny that are readily apparent in the Bible as well:
Are any of Jesus’ disciples women? No.
Are any of the elders in the book of Revelation women? No.
Are any of the books of the Bible written by women? No.
Etc…
God, it would seem, wants nothing to do with women.
To any unbiased observer, the reason for sexism in the Bible is very easy to understand: The Bible was not written by a “all-knowing”, “all-loving”, “fully-enlightened” “god”. It was written by primitive men who were flagrant sexists. Just look at how men in primitive countries like Afghanistan treat women today.Those are the kind of men who wrote the Bible…..

ECZ is still corrupt and probably even more corrupt under pf. Miles sampa knows this and that is why he has chosen to distance himself and even form a new party. Lungu as a lawyer should be ashamed of himself. This is why i say that lungu’s legal qualifications are questionable. Any way as always happens the truth always comes out when governments are ousted out. We will get the truth in august when we usher in the upnd. The scale of looting under pf will then become vivid

Whoever wants to know more about Siamunene, go to Sinazongwe District Malima Ward and Chiyabi you can easily get the information. Lungu is educated very well but he has no experience of what to do on what he is doing. If he was a true lawyer, he could have not left the country just a week in office to go seek follish advice from neighbouring countries but could first try his own experience as a genuine lawyer to rule the country and when he saw that he failed, thats when he could consult from others. Ifintu nibwangu filaletelela. For him to win, let him discard RB from his group then it will be fine.

The truth is that, we’re marely blaming Lungu because he is the president now otherwise he is an innocent boy but because he has sorrounded himself with BACHAMBAKALE from the long gone political parties, everything is coming from them especially RB as he wants to retain what he lt during his time. ECZ is controlled by RB not Lungu because for RB to accept defeat, it was KK who gave him a strong advice. Now he wants to revenge and prove it that he knows how to rig elections for KK to believe what he (RB) wanted to do during his time. RB is forgetting that he is putting the young boy Lungu in a boiling pot, tafyabombe its too late.
