Chief Munkonge of Kasama northern province and Senior Chief Mukuni of the Tokaleya people of Southern Province this morning visited united party for national development vice president for administration Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba (GBM) at Lusaka central police .
Chief Munkonge said he was sent to confirm that surely his son is in police custody and since he has confirmed, he is going back to take the message to paramount chief Chitimukulu and the bemba royal establishment who sent him.
Chief Munkonge further said he will leave it to the paramount chief and the BRE to look into the matter and asses the crimes committed by his son GBM.

(The one in prison is my son, again I didn’t just travel for that alone but I was sent by the Chitimukulu and the bemba royal establishment to come and confirm that it’s true GBM is in police cells… I have confirmed that surely he’s in cells and I will take the message, and it’s not me to say but this issue it’s the Chitimukulu together with the bemba royal establishment to look into this matter)
GBM was arrested on Friday and efforts by his lawyers to secure bond for him proved futile as the arresting officers disappeared from the station. He is set to appear in court tomorrow monday 07/03/2016.

Kiki all the comments are from well known hardcore pf cadres. So doesn’t surprise me tbat they do not agree with our chiefs. Chiefs are wise and have alot of influence in their chiefdoms so you pf cadres might not agree with what am saying but your.relatives in villages will go with what the.chiefs are supporting. Its only chiefs from southern province who have such powers as to even to tell subjects who to vote for and the entire stupid people listerns. Other chiefs from other parts will never tell their subjects who to vote even if they did people always vote for there preferred candidate.
Let me give u some information u might not have. Did you know that Sata got more votes in southern province than HH got in luapula and northern combined. You can find this information on the ECZ website. Let us learn to have facts. The other fact is this : ECL and HH are both successful graduates while most of cadres fighting are nonentities.
The other fact is this: ECL and HH are not tribal while cadres are. The other one is that GBM is a very successful business man who even employs graduates while Frank Bwalya was Board Chairman of Zesco despite despite being a poor priest.
