Dissolve Marriage, I’m Sexually Starved, Woman Tells Court

A 30-YEAR-OLD sexually-starved housewife of Kitwe has pleaded with the Buchi Local Court to dissolve her marriage of 13 years because her husband has been denying her conjugal rights for four years.
Rachael Chipasha sued her husband Wilfred Chipasha, 38, for divorce on grounds that there was no love in their marriage.
Rachael told senior local court magistrate Nsama Mutono that all was well in the marriage until her husband found employment in Mufulira.
She said her husband refused to move to Mufulira with the family claiming he needed to settle down first.
She narrated that after a couple of months, her husband stopped visiting and supporting the family.
“I discovered my husband was living with a woman and they actually have a child together. He has stopped paying school fees for our four children,” she said.
She said her husband has been denying her conjugal rights for the last four years and begged the court to dissolve the marriage.
But her husband told the court that she is disrespectful and the cause of his irresponsible behaviour.
“Whenever I attempted to take my wife with me to Mufulira, she would mock me that my job was just part time.
“She went to the extent of telling me that I’m not man enough and this prompted me to marry another woman,” he said.
Chipasha, however, pleaded with the court not to dissolve the marriage as he still loves his wife and does not want the children to suffer.
Magistrate Mutono observed that Rachael had forgiven her husband and reconciled the two.

A case of failure by pf to provide meaningful employment which led to this man travelling far away to work for peanuts. Am sure his wife has been getting it elsewhere in exchange for basic needs of life. Vote upnd bane

I know that there a women’s rights and all that but ladies, a man should never leave home hungry or horny.

If women let him do either of the two, he will find food and samoosa somewhere else faster than you can say gender equity.
