My elder bother Fred M’membe who I respect so much for what he has done in this Country, away from his faults. It is Fred who has contributed to us talking freely on social media, on radios, TVs , Newspapers and other media used in freedom of expression.
Fred has also helped in fighting corruption in this Country. He has his weaknesses, especially his determination to have his way on anything, but he is certainly not corrupt to be followed by ACC.
Ba Fred is considers himself as a King-maker, which to some extent he is, albeit having it wrong a few times. This year again my brother has found himself at loss on who to anoint for 2016 General elections. Just look at editorial and today’s (31.03.2016) Front Page.
If you thought Fred M’membe has endorsed HH, then you don’t know the man. I have strong doubts that Fred is convinced with HH’s desperate acts for Presidency.
I don’t want to flatter myself, but the Fred I know is not that cheap to fall for a carrot being dangled by desperate man like HH. It is highly unlikely that Fred is in support of HH becoming President, because HH can’t just be trusted especially by minds like mine and Fred.
Ba Fred has some American connections and that might pull them towards HH who seems to be a darling of US Ambassador Eric Schultz, but he (Fred) is not convinced.
The problem Ba mudala, Ba Fred has is who to support. He tried to float Ba Wynter but clearly, he is just as far as Mulyokela from the Presidential seat. His good friend Cosmas Musumali is more of a pipeline dream to sell politically even if his face covers the whole front page.
The biggest disappointment is Miles Sampa who has significantly dropped politically like rats on the stock market because only confused people like Easterners can consider them as meat.
Edgar Lungu could stand a chance if not his pride and lack of political cannibalism. I know Fred could engage with President Lungu, besides, he (Lungu) was his lawyer. The problem is that President Lungu is too closed up, listening to who, I don’t know.
Where we are it is no child play, call that M’membe, or send me to tell him (Fred) to soften his heart. Life is about compromise as long as you are not being corrupted.
This is politics, if the President really wants to win this election he need to open those doors of State House and start meeting everyone. Greeting marketeers along the way is not enough to convince them to vote for him, because they come to watch him out of curiosity but go home to face their hunger.
Unless he doesn’t care, since he walks away with some good cash as President and get a good pay as former President. But he has to think of how HH will to come and whip us for for various reasons. I am sure he (though his cadres) would come and whip me (like they did before) for asking him about the money he got from Zambians through privatization.
HH would fry President Lungu for winning 2015 elections, Kaisa Sulu will most likely run Swaziland where there are a lot of women. Amos will have ACC, under the directorship of Andeleki, unleashed on him.
Guy Scott will be told stupid white man again to think that HH would work with him as President. Miles Sampa will go back and plead for a job from Mahtani.
Tell me your name I will prophesy where you will be IF HH wins the elections.

2020vision repoting…hmm apart from the terrble grade 9 grammar the article does carry some sense. Politics sadly is about compromise so we wait and see how things will go.
As for the Hungry Hyena facts are clear HH is an evil, stingy and dishonest person that will bring Zambia to its knees his past will always bring up the issue of privitisation because it was plain robbery and anyone who believes otherwise is lying to themselves HH benefitted from Privitisation at the expense of people who have since died from poverty and depression.
The current economic problems the nation is facing is as a result of global trends as well as some rotten eggs within the govt that will soon be removed, rest assured ECL has a working plan for the nation. Expect the USD to drop to between ZMW 8 and 9, also mealied meal will soon become cheaper and more available, more jobs will be created both in the mining sector thanks to the rise in Copper prices as well as in the manufacturing and agric sectors. With this soon to materialise rest assured we are taking the day come August 2016!

Mmembe is agonizingly scratching his bald head as to why he is been dredged to supporting hh, after trying out Winter with no results. Mmembe is now trying to remove negatives of tribalism in upnd by infusing some cartel members, perhaps with a long plan to hijack the party. I have just arrived back home in Lusaka zambia after long flight. Am glad to be back home. I will be issuing comprehensive statement on my trip and what we achieved. It is a great relief to be back and away from thr cold and wet weather. I look forward to meeting you all on the ground.
If politics is your life line then run away. Tayali is sincere here. The fears of all corrupt elements about HH’s leadership is what Tayali is trying to communicate. He is being honest and these are sentiments shared by people who have for long time survived on theft and other corrupt vices. When he says HH can’t be trusted he simply shares some discussions that go on in pubs where some people try to convince themselves that maybe he will HH will forgive them, maybe there will still be loopholes for shoddy contracts, maybe and just maybe the country will continue on a path of inefficiency and lack of serious accountability. This is why Zambia has failed. The culture of theft that Tayali wants to continue will come to an end under one HH. And indeed misdeeds will be punishable. But people that work hard will certainly prosper. Let us liberate our wonderful country and put it on a development path that will bring pride to all and not just a few corrupt elements.
I like Tayali’s reasoning on this score. HH cannot be trusted by any reasonable being, that’s why Fred is shifting camp in style. What Nawakwi has said, is exactly what Wynter said the other day. HH is a wolf in the sheep skin.

I totally agree with Tayali’s analysis. M’membe is not a corrupt guy. But the problem he has is supporting nonentity politicians like kabimba and Sampa.
The second weakness he has is lack of being flexible and accommodating other people views. Who can advise Mmembe? I think no one on earth.

I like Tayali. He is just like his former master Sata who had ful of nothing but rubbish that can be useful if taken serious. This is why we say mwanawasa ruled so nicely such that everyone is still appricieting up to now because he made use of sata’s criticism. We once called sata a joker and untrusted who cannot rule this country.
