The Zambia Uunder-20 national team has drawn 3-all with South Africa in an international friendly played at Nkoloma Stadum.
Zambia went ahead in the 19th minute through Israel based Kings Kangwa but South Africa cancelled out the lead in the 40th minute through Lyle Foster ensuring that the two sides went for the break tied 1-all.
Coach Charles Bwale introduced Martin Njobvu for Obinno Chisala after the break and the Nchanga Rangers striker hit the back of the net five minutes later but South Africa levelled matters a minute later through Wiseman Meyuwa.
The Amajita then went ahead through Promise Mkhuma but Francesco Mwepu restored parity in the 75th minute.
Zambia is preparing for the Niger 2019 Africa Cup of Nations final qualifying round against Burundi on Saturday.
The Amajita host Malawi in the same stage and were using the friendly to gauge their strength.
