Ms Siliya says it is clear from the statements issued by Mr Mwenye that he is a Patriotic Front sympathizer.
She says the LAZ president is bringing the entire respected organization of LAZ into question because of his alleged partisanship.
Ms Siliya says the government of republican President Rupiah Banda respects the operations of LAZ, but questions the political stance of its president.
She challenged Mr Mwenye during a live programme on MUVI television last evening to come out in the open join politics other than hiding in LAZ.
And Ms. Siliya says the MMD will have an outright victory in this year’s elections because its main challenger the Patriotic Front has lost touch.
He says the PF has lost grip of its strongholds because the MMD is now enjoying the support from across the country.
