One of Kitwes most dangerous criminals has been taken down by Police few days after he escaped from prison.

According to Copperbelt Police Chief Dr. Martin Malama, the criminal a few days ago escaped from lawful custody and abducted a Kitwe Businessman Richard Chileshe, stole his vehicle and left him for dead between Lufwanyama and Northwestern province.
Dr. Malama has since commended the police for the job well done and has warned criminals that they will face the wrath of the law.
And Kitwe businessman Richard Chileshe popularly known as Chile 1 confirmed that he was on Sunday this week abducted by Kelvin Matambika.
Mr. Chileshe explained that the dangerous criminal also stole K16.3 million and fled with his vehicle Toyota registration number 8669.
And Youngson Kalobo explained that the Matambika was a prisoner from Mukobeko Maximum prison but escaped from lawful custody 3 weeks ago.
Kalobo has since vowed to ensure that Copperbelt is freed from crime.
