Police have arrested a man who was on the run after he allegedly murdered his wife in Lusaka’s John Howard compound following a marital dispute.
Police Service spokesperson, Ndandula Siamana says the man was arrested in Choma and has since been brought back to Lusaka.
She has identified the man as 30 year old Paul Mubamulilo.
Meanwhile, the police in Lusaka have warned residents against killing suspected criminals.
Ms Siamana has expressed worry over the growing trend in Lusaka of burning suspected thieves.
About three suspected criminals have been burnt to death in Lusaka in the past two weeks.
