New Generation Party (NGP) Cosmo Mumba has pulled out of the Presidential race ahead of the forthcoming tripartite elections.
Mumba, who was expected to file in his nomination around 9hours today, arrived an hour later to state his unwillingness to contest the polls.
The NGP leader who was accompanied by his security personnel much to the surprise of the people who were awaiting him at the Supreme Court said his pulling out had nothing to do with the K10 million to be paid by candidates or the required 200 supporters needed when a candidate is filing in his nomination.
Mumba further said he will contest the 2016 elections as he is the only credible leader to scoop those polls.
