ADD leader Charles Milupi has predicted that no party will manage to get over 60 seats of the 150 seats in parliament in the forthcoming elections.
Mr. Milupi notes that the next parliament will have to form a coalition and agree on a common agenda to ensure that bills introduced pass through.
The opposition leader observes that seats are most likely to be shared among the opposition a situation he says may make it difficult for certain bills to be agreed upon.
Mr. Milupi adds this is likely to cause parliament dissolving a situation he says would force the country to hold elections before 5 years.
Mr. Milupi was speaking to QFM in an interview
