What Do You Do When Your Boss Demands Sex?

Sarah wrote the following on her facebook wall: I am two months old on my job, I think my boss wants to sleep with me. I love my job and I think sleeping with him will jeopardize it.
It started with invites to dinner (business dinners –he called them!), then me accompanying him on business trips which he asked me to book myself because he couldn’t do the booking through the company for obvious reasons – that’s when I knew he wanted to sleep with me. What should I do?
Many people are thrown in such scenarios, what do you do? It is inappropriate and illegal for bosses and supervisors to make romantic or sexual advances toward their employees in the workplace. If your boss is making unwelcome advances toward you, here’s how to handle the situation effectively and professionally.
Sexual harassment
Tell your boss what behavior you find inappropriate, and ask that it be stopped. If he insists and wants to force you, then this is clearly a case of sexual harassment and you should gather as much proof as you can and get a lawyer and him. You are under no obligation at all to honour your boss’ sexual advances. Make sure that you are not guilty of leading him on or it will all backfire..
Say no
Tell him flat out, “I’m not interested.” If he presses it more, then file the paperwork. Sometimes it is not just about the job, your working conditions are important too. If you can’t handle some of the situations you are put in, you say no. Tell him straight up that that you just want to keep it professional.
In a relationship
If you are not in a relationship, but you got guy friends; pretend to date that friend and act like you really love him in front of your boss. He just might leave you be.
Blackmail
When the worse comes to the worst, then tough measures have to come into play. Blackmail him. Get a voice recorder and record what he says, then refuse his advances. Keep a dated, written record of the offense(s). You may keep this record for your own reference or retain it in case you need to make a formal complaint against your boss later. If he tries to fire you, use this ammo to blackmail him.
We are human
If he is cute, good looking and unattached (single) why not! Go for it, but be careful, he could be using you just for sex not because he genuinely likes you. You need to think through this really carefully. Sleeping with your boss is really going change the way he thinks of you, and how he treats you. But whatever you do, make sure you put yourself first!

first of al u must be realistic with yourself. do u love the man or not? if u do then u can do wat makes u happy beacause u are an adult. but if u dont luv him, and he threatens to suck u. then u can report him to higher authorities, that is if u have the evidence. honestly speaking, ladies sometimes complain alot but they also contribute. how do u go half naked to the office and expect him not to respond,… haa. its about signs u give… and a poor man just responds. i know most ladies wont agree with me but its true.

While he is trying to bonk you ask for a promotion. Then Let him bonk you. If you ask afterwards he wont give you the promotion.

Just go for work one day pretending to be coughing heavily. Surely he will notice and when he asks what’s wrong, just simply tell him `I forgot to take my anti-retrovirals this morning`, the chap will cringe and quietly roll away never to trouble you again.
