SOURCES have disclosed to Tumfweko that Zambia Electricity Supply Cooperation (ZESCO) Board will be next to be dissolved and its Managing Director replaced.
ZESCO MD Ernest Mupwaya was one of the emissaries opposition MMD Leader Rupiah Banda was using in corrupting Traditional Chiefs for Ruphia to have a courtesy call on them and this was evidenced when RB sent Dr Chingunta from state house and him to go and bribe senior chieftainess Nkomeshya of the Soli people of Chongwe district in run up to the general elections.
The source further disclosed to tumfweko that ZNBC, RDA, NRFA Boards will follow suit in being dissolved.
‘These boards, they have siphoned and amassed a lot of money from the people of Zambia and hence the president is aware of how they operate. They should just start packing their bags, its game over for them. ERB dissolution is just a ‘work in progress’ to the clean up,’ said the source.
Meanwhile, New Generation Party (NGP) President Humphrey Siulapwa, has been disowned by his National NGP Executive Committee Member.
NGP National Committee member, Chanda Mulenga disclosed that him and other NEC members have disowned him for failure to inform them about the pact he entered with the opposition MMD.
Mr Chanda further warned that if Siulapwa does not call for a meeting within 7 days for the NEC to meet, he has no option but to recommend to the registrar of society for the party to be De-registered and henceforth disbanded.
He further disclosed that Humphrey Siulapwa is in the United States of America where he flee upon ‘seeing’ that President Sata had won the elections.
Siulapwa is among the ‘MMD Chief Sychophants’ who made unpalatable and false accusations on the then opposition PF Leader and now republican President Micheal Sata.
Sychophant Chanda Chimba III has since fled to Europe.

ZESCO MD Mupwaya,NHA Boss Mpondela wait for your dismissal letters. The reason is simple, you never saved us,the faithful & humble Zambians instead you chose lining your pockets & licking Rupiah’s boots.
Ichalo mafupa wakolokotakofye wachisha. Bali kolokota kwena mmd.(the world is a bone u only have a chew and a bite then u leave it since u cant swallow a bone) Zambia is a big bone where all these who are being sucked used to chew and bite from but still they failed to finish all the God given resources. Let others also have a bite especially the ordinary Zambian who never had chance to eat on the national like the poor Lazarus and the rich man in the Bible
Its a lesson to those yet to be put in authority, regardless of where you would operate from, its important to uphold ones integrity and moral standards and serve the people the right way. God made us to be equal beings…
Way to go, lets clean Zesco up.Lets return Robinson Mwansa and team, at least this set of engineers’only concern was ensuring that we all had power unlike the current group the only looks at the business side of things i.e exporting power while you Load shed your own (Honestly.), lack of re-investment even after increasing tariffs.
As a Makeni resident the situation is pathetic, we lose power not less than 3 times a day, its like these people think denying us power is some sort of dosage ( No power X 3times daily.Lol)
Anyway back to serious matters, i remember one humbling event where then Zesco regional manager was on site and refused to go home until power was restored in our area. This man, a Mr. Simbeya ( i’ll never forget his name.) actually took turns in digging with the maintenance guys in order to expedite the work. I watched in disbelieve, this so called big boss reducing himself to a mere chibombe-bombe and wondered how many people would do the same. Anyway our power was finally restored at around 11PM.
Zesco had actually committed its self to providing full meals for any family that goes for more than 24hrs without power, wonder if this team would dare do that looking at the current levels of inefficiency.
ELIAS MPODELA SHOULD TOP THE LIST FOR COMPLETELY RUNNING DOWN NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY AND THE PRESIDENT IS VERY MUCH AWARE ABOUT HIS ACTIVITIES. TAZARA’S AKA WONT EQUALLY SURVIVE THE AXE.
Check also the activities Board of directors at NAPSA.Too much theft of public funds to fund the MMD during cmpaining. The commission should also probe NAPSA.
Okay, this is getting more intresting.we have our fingers crossed, who z next?
Yes Elias Mpoondela should be next, I paid for a house in Oct ’09 and according to our contract the house should’ve been handed over in May last year but has until this day. Despite having paid the full amount, the authourities claim that they have run out of funds to complete the works. which makes me wonder;
1.) What happened to the money I paid???
2.) How many other Zambians has this happened to???
3.) Will my house ever be completed???
4.) Who is answerable???
So many questions, yet so few answers
HE must also check ZAFboss, he has built houses from ZAF resources for himself and girlfriend. He also is dealer of red mecury for counterfeit currencies.
Mr. President fire all the cadre parastatal bosses. I hope investigations will bring to bear there activities so that they can be tried and sent to jail where they should rot.

Please dont forget to investigate those in charge of procurement for the Farmer Input Support Program (FISP) and Food Reserve Agency (FRA. These ba kabwalala live and have amassed propoerties beyond what they reasonably earn. There is a lot of corruption especially in the procurment of inputs – no wonder an important factory like NCZ has been crippled for years.
I would like to ask the Minister of Labour to take quick action. The ndola inspectorate team from ministry of labour is so corrupt. They do not do their job instead they just go round garages owned by somalians getting bribes. Please minister look into that to bring sanity in the ministry.
Mr president, deal with ZICTA,procurement mgr very corrupt, and he gives business to indian companies and return bribe him, clean up please
Kabonde bites the dust whose next?District commissioners all gone?how refreshing.balimbe.now znbc has no board I wonder who should face the music?
Yes the question is who is next?? maybe the next on the agenda is to start jailing them one-after the other….
ohhhh mymymymy….
What about the NATSAVE Board, we are anxiously waiting for that God-forsaken time wasting organisation to finally be put in the spot light for all the corruption and nepotosm going on there. Mr. President, do not forget to touch base with FRA….my kinda thing. Sick n tired!!!
The story on the externalisation of the US$900,000 should seriuosly be looked into. It has come to our attention that the sum insured of the ZESCO assets which are insured by ZSIC have been reduced by a very big margin, this only confirms that they were inflated so that the huge premiums paid could be could be shared between ZSIC group MD and the former ZESCO MD. Please investigate this and also the so called holding company called ZSIC ltd whic is just milking the subsidaries.
i beg to disagree with Nevers Mumba on RB:THEY WILL BE NO PROBLEM IF R.B HUMUNITY I SUPPORT R.B HUMUNITY TO BE LIFTED
