Sata should direct ACC to Mopani. They should start with Security then the whole entire buying and contracts section. These boys & girls have killed the spirit of hard work. What goes up must come down. What these boys & girls are doing is out of the corporate world. All of us MUST be clean. They are not following buying ethics. They have deliberately disregarded the tender closing dates and times. When you refuse to offer them the 10% they demand upon issuing of a purchase order, then that is the beginning of your frustrations and misery for your company. They behave as if they own Mopani. It’s high time the new government to sweep and clean this country.

No wonder we see these SOBS’ driving around in posh cars they have even bought their beaches expensive cars,houses and all sorts of expensive gifts and they themselves own a countless # of houses and one wonders how somebody so young could afford to have so many riches in such a short period of time. Surely this country stinks of corruption and it needs to be cleaned with SATA’s annointing oil!!.

Ba Tumfweko I agree with you there is a lot of corruption at Mopani. Buyers, Engineers, Materials Coordinators the list is endless. I can name some buyers who have been very cruel to my company. Please dig dipper I will help you with some hints, they get an upfront front from some suppliers and then they will deduct 10% from the orders they generate. The corruption at Mopani is the worst I have ever come across, security has been compromised.

true that, this culture has been there as way back as 2003, i even reached a point of thinking that in this life, honesty does not pay at all but who you know and how much you are willing to pay. Many simply gave in but i would love to think that many still resisted. Please clean up this mess.

Dont leave the fight against corruption to Sata, it should be all of us. Madam Chiwele at NAPSA has given us an example. If we leave everything to Sata, he will fail just like the late president was fighting it alone while RB was waiting for an opportunity.
