I feel Jarabos should and can be easily eradicated from the streets of the copperbelt. Dr. Malama the current IG came from the C/B and he knows these chaps. I am of the view that during his time as C/B commanding officer he could not easily fight them out because of their links to the fallen RB government.
God has anwered our cries by removing their shields [MMD] and put Dr. Malama in a vantage position as IG. All that remains now is a question of WHEN and not HOW do they get into jail or die.
