I wish to acknowledge a good start to the promise our Party made during the campaign trail.On infrastructre,we need to build new structures rather than converting old institutions into either Universities or otherwise.Some of these institutions were put there with a specific target of skills to develop.For example ZIT now Copperbelt university was put there to provide training skills at technician levels to feed the labour into Mining. I would encourage our esteamed President Elect to look at these institutions as teams of experts sit to map up what development programs to put in place.

I know its easy to see wrongs in private companies, and complain to the president.. Before our government starts looking into all these issues it should start by cleaning its own house. We government worker are lowly paid, no accommodation, transport is an issue. We r expected to be at work, put in our very best and what do u get out of it. Its sacrifice… These investors are coping from the way our leaders treat us. The government to set good example.

Shame on you so called managers. When are Zambians going to learn to put theirs first and not foreigners. It hates for some of us Zambians who have the prevallage to travel,when we see how other countries put their people first before anybody else regardless of qualifications that one might be bringing to the country. Infact no job that can be done by a Zambian should be given to a foreighner.Please don’t make Zambia comfortable heaven for foreigners on the expense of hard working Zambians. The Pf govt is going to clean up this mess,but i want to appeal to all Zambians who are in positions of power in any industry to change their mentality or the way they treat and view those below them.
