JERABO Leader YOUNGSON Sued For Grabbing LAND

WELL KNOWN Copper thief, notorious and gang leader of JERABOS populary known as YOUNGSON on the Copperbelt, Kitwe has been sued for grabbing land from a 54 year old woman.
Youngson has been sued for allegedly building on her plot in Kitwe’s Twibukishe area.
According to a statement of claim filed in the Kitwe High court, Doris Ng’ambi is also asking the court to restrain Youngson Kalobo or his agents from developing or building any structure on the said plot.
Youngson is the younger brother of losing MMD Wusakile Constituency candidate Pavyuma Kalobo.
Ngambi is also asking the court to declare her as the rightful and legal owner of stand number SS111/839.
She contended that she was offered the plot in question in february 2008 and that she paid K4,000, 000 as an installment and a further K2,147,452 to the ministry of lands.
Ng’ambi stated that Kalobo had started building at the plot in question, claiming that it was also his but without producing any supporting documents.
She stated that both herself and Kalobo had on several occasions been summoned by the Kitwe City Council in an effort to resolve the issue but Youngson nerver showed up.
Ng’ambi has asked the court to order that she is the rightful owner of plot number SS111/839, restrain Youngson or his agents from developing or building any structure on the said plot and award costs that the court may deem fit.
Youngson’s health is seemingly not too well and it is not clear what disease he is currently suffering from but he has drastically lost weight.

Why is nothing serious ever done about the Jerabos? someone needs to crack down on their nonsense. How can it be ok for thugs to harass our grandmothers and other innocent civilians while the police do nothing? If the leader is in poor health it may be an irrelevant part of the article but quite frankly it’s good to know that this wananbe superman is human and susceptible to human illnesses and pain, pain, something he and his fellow thugs enjoy inflicting on others. as mean as it sounds his declining health brings a measure of satsfaction because if man made justice can’t fix him the laws of nature will. He thought he was immortal man turns out he is simply mortal man. I trully hope that woman wins her case.

Eish, Kitwe town at its best, it had the KAJAM BOYS ruling at one time back in the days, the SENEGALES(Galedo and Co) had their turn, CHIMUTENGO ARABS (DP and his crew opposite Nkana hotel), Moses K and his Chani fisheries, then we had the SUPPLIERS, now I hear it this JERABO story. Funny enough credit/Bank card fraud is not very big there, guess its too complicated for them, thats for the lusaka Boys. Funny enough all these guys have something in common, all they do with there ill begotten money is buy flashy cars and chase around skiirts and they all finish/die the same way. I wonder what will come after the JERABOS. God forbid the KAPONYAS start making enough money to afford Hammers and X5’s.Now that would be samething!!! PF would stay in power for ever!!!
