FINANCE Minister Alexander Chikwanda is acting republican head of state after President Sata flew out of the country this Wednesday 12/14 morning to Kampala, Uganda.
He will be acting republican head of state for three days.
Republican veep Dr Guy Scott was suppose to act as President but he too is on duty in China.
The Uganda Summit that takes place
from 15th to 16th December, 2011 will
see President, Sata hand over Zambia’s
chairmanship of the group to his
Ugandan counterpart, Yoweri Museveni.
The President has been accompanied by Defense minister Goefrey Mwamba, First Lady, Dr Christine Kaseba-Sata, who will deliver a keynote address at the First Ladies meeting on the sidelines of the summit and some other government official.
And President Sata and his entourage have since arrived safely in Kampala, Uganda in readiness for tomorrows Meeting.

They fired Mr Tembo because he was against this and sent him back to Zambia. they also have an office slut ( carolina rodriguez ) working for them and she abuses the Zambian mission’s money by offering her physical body to diplomats.
