2. you are what you eat is true to most zambians who don’t want to eat vegetables once they get a bit of cash. “ati tabalya umusalu kano akamulopa” young boys & girls are deformed and they look like big baliz with double chins.
3. if you can’t go to gym, you can simply use a crankshaft at the back yard and use it to improve your biceps, triceps and chest. It also improve tommy muscles.
4. running is also good especially in the early mornings and late evenings.
5. swimming is also. it is somehow a therapy.
