Beware of MMD! They now have two dangerous red lipped snakes, BY & George. @ Wanu Ngwee, you are right to say George is a State Counsel. However, he has used that to engineer the law. Even the dirty deals that RB & his tandem of thieves were involved in were legally superintended over by GK. Sata is not ******, he knows that the police, DEC or ACC can only investigate and prosecute criminal cases. If we can’t convict and lock up RB & GK, atleast we can recover what they stole. This can only be done through a civil suit. This is the reason the same Kunda went to London and sued FTJ in the civil registry, although he later turned around after LPM died and engineered the refusal to register the Judgment he had secured in London. Had that judgement been registered, by now Zed could have recovered millions from these guys. So there’s nothing wrong in the appointment of commissions of inquiry, it’s the only vehicle easily available to achieve quick results. If the commission finds Kunda wanting, although the evidence may not be strong enough to convict him of a criminal offence, Musa Mwenye can persue him to recover what he stole. So let’s all support MCS’s efforts. Soon you will see the results. Also be mindful of the fact that the best defence is attact, even criminals use it. Sometimes they even make very wild allegations. I could have cited a case in point were recently an accused criminal went on a rampage and made wild allegations against senior lawyers at the bar, but will not for fear of being in contempt. The case is active. Therefore we understand GK’s rantings. His colleague is now quiet, the banker, soon it shall be the diplomat. Zambia Forward

People of Zambia,please let us be very careful.i have been listening to George kunda ever since MMD lost.what he talks about is very sensible and sensitive.we must not rubbish whatever comes out of him.He is coming from government and he knows what he is talking about.I have noticed that many people are so exited about this change yet they are not looking on the other side of the story.wait after five years,many of you will be shocked to learn about certain things that are happening now in the back ground.
