Is it not way over the 90-day mark? Do Zambians have more money in their pockets? Has the Zambian economy turned the corner? Has the Barotseland Agreement been implemented? The answer to all the three questions is a big NO! That is what happens when you believe whatever a big cobra in grass says. Zambians have been duped by the snake.
