The Foundation for Democratic Process (FODEP) has distanced itself from its suspended FODEP Executive Director McDonald Chipenzi statement alleging that First Republican President Kenneth Kaunda’s son Panji Kaunda was bankrupt.
FODEP National Secretary Nalukui Milapo says Mr. Chipenzi does not qualify to issue any statement as he was suspended by FODEP.
Ms. Milapo told ZANIS in a walk in interview in Lusaka today that the media should not utilise any statements issued by Mr. Chipenzi wherever he refers to himself as FODEP Executive Director to avoid litigation.
She further pointed out that the statement that was issued by Mr. Chipenzi has since seen FODEP being sued by Colonel Kaunda.
Ms. Milapo added that Mr. Chipenzi’s statements being issued were done without FODEP’s consent at all levels.

This is disturbing.i smell panji on the line of appointment hence the firing of this man so that the organisation keeps worshiping some leadership to avoid vindication, and circumventing the yet to come questions rising from the public’s checks and balances that might demand some reference to the organisation previous statement about panji’s bankrapcy that can put the who organisation on de-listed beneficiaries of government.think about it.

What economic value do the so called Civil Society Organizations add to the country other than their leaders enriching themselves? They preach about democracy but we hear the same people like Habaasonda, Mulafulafu, and Co. heading these organizations in perpetuity.
is it not true that Panji was declared bankrupt hence by law does not qualify to hold the position he holds. The man was right. Its a shame that even the so called Civil societies are not objective any more.

Neto – it is not so much the declaration as what it has been used to embarrass Panji. FODEP or Chipenzi went further to assert that Panji no longer qualifies to be appointed without doing their homework. That is where Panji wants to cash in on! FODEP and/or Chipenzi must prove that he actually is not qualified to be appointed to a public position that he holds now. Wapya walemana!!!

Chipenzi is one useless character
Ask Mr. Fred Mmembe why he fired Chipenzi. FODEP has always had Executive Directors who have a Masters or Doctorate..Elijah Rubvuta and Charity Musamba are some of the examples. So why did this teacher Muhango decide to confirm chipenzi as executive Director before he had served the 6 months probationary period? Chipenzi was appointed acting executive director when Dr. Musamba resigned as Executive Director in December 2010. A month later,in january 2011,the night before the AGM, Muhango and croonies confirmed Chipenzi as Director. I repeat without him serving his probationary period. Stanley Muhango knew that his team was not going to be voted in at the AGM..the provinces wanted nothing to do with him. So in the middle of the nite he confirms Chipenzi as executive Director. Do you think the new Board would approve that? What qualifications does Chipenzi have? He can not even write correct english. Whoever is going to employ Chipenzi after this should know that they are employing a boil, I mean Chipute!! He was put there to serve Muhango’s interests. Muhango thinks FODEP is a political party. Now that his MMD has lost, he is more desperate. he needs Chipenzi to invite him to workshops so that he get tuma 50 pin for survival. Shame on Muhango, Chipenzi, Mirriam Chonya, Clement Zulu. These are the immoral cahracters who have been funning troublein FODEP. Chi Mirriam had even been appointed Permanent Secretary and i am sure When the president realises what kind of a crook she is she will be dropped. Infact what we the public did not know is that this chi Mirriam Chonya was among the people who were fired by the Mulafulafu led board when they stole money when kalila Chenda was Executive Director. The ACC, Police and others need to move in so that these pipo are arrested.
