All people who have written something here nobody is condemning over speeding. That was the cause of the accident. We should drive carefully. Speed limits if any are not observed in Zambia. In USA they are strictly observed even from air or by radar. The police department should invest in radars using the money they collect from speeding offenders. Even I was overspeeding in Zambia with my Toyota landcruiser. When I think about it now I shudder.It is ******. You can die. I follow the speed limits here. Even the penalties are too much $100-200. MHSRIP.
