SATA Undergoes Surgery ‘Suffering From Bleeding In The Urine’

AHMEDABAD: The 75-year-old Zambian President, Michael Sata, underwent laser procedure at Samved Urology Hospital on Saturday for a urological disorder. The hospital majorly deals with patients of prostate, kidney stone and bladder surgery. The procedure was performed by urologist Dr Janak Desai.

Micheal Sata, also known as King Cobra in his home country, arrived in Ahmedabad on Friday. He is accompanied by his wife Christine Kaseba and a personal crew.

Sources in the health department said that the president suffers a medical problem involving his prostrate or urinary bladder. He had been suffering bleeding in the urine.

Officials said that Sata underwent a laser procedure on Saturday to stop bleeding. A battery of advance tests will be carried out to decide the future course of medical action. He will be kept in the Samved Hospital for a day or two under medical observation till a final call on his treatment is taken.

Team of doctors attending to him including Dr Janak Desai refused to divulge details of the medical problem and treatment being offered to Zambian president citing confidentiality issues.
Sata’s visit has been declared as private visit.

The saddest part of the whole thing is the LIES coming from the Pathetic Fools [PF] chaps who are telling us Sata went for Holiday or Private Visit to India……why not telling the truth to the nation so that we can even hold prayers for the man in Plot 1. He is our President as long as we remain Zambians and we need to be TOLD of the happenings – it is a right of every Zambian to know the where abouts of the President. Just tell us the man is “SICK” kwaila – we will stand with you guys in prayers. I hope the PROPHECY of the man in the synagogue is not for our own Sata….we have had enough in Zambia. Mwanawasa’s was a blow – for Chiluba it was like we had an idea as he had been unwell for long and at least was not active/current President.
But nafwe beene – why voting for a person whose health we knew was ailing from the begining – Mwanawasa evacuated him to RSA for cardiac related issues…I think we knew he was sick. lets live with it – and wish him well. That is Godly – UPND, stop the nonsense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All the seven districts in western province have endorsed breakaway of the region from Zambia.

The districts have submitted their resolutions to the Barotse National Council demanding that Western Province breaks away citing alleged abrogation of the Barotse Agreement of 1964.

The districts that have submitted their resolutions are Mongu, Senanga Sesheke, Kaoma, Kalabo, Lukulu and shangombo.

The resolutions were presented at the on-going Barotse National Council at st Lawrence parish limulunga royal village in Mongu.

Delegates from Sesheke have called for the UN’s intervention in their quest for Barotsseland independence.

They have also for the committee running the affairs of the region before first post-independence polls are held.

And resolutions from Kalabo include calls for the resignation of members of parliament from western province so that they help push for Barotse independence.
