I see it coming since it has become acceptable that Training Insitutions should charge applicants not only for the application forms but also for sitting for the aptitude tests or attending an interview. As such all the training insitutions have now seen this as a big fund raising venture. In the mean time the Ministry of Education has been very silent on this matter.
