T.B Joshua is false prophet: Professor Moyo

Professor Jonathan Moyo says Nigeria’s celebrated prophet,TB Joshua is a false prophet.
The ZANU-PF politburo member claimed that Malawian President Bingu wa Mutharika was murdered by his enemies who may have used Nigerian prophet TB Joshua to divert attention from their conspiracy.
Prof Moyo told New Zimbabwe.com that TB Joshua first told his multitudes of followers on February 5 this year that an African President would die in the month of April and followed that up with bolder predictions on April 1 when he warned that God had showed him “everything”.
Mutharika’s death last Thursday following a heart attack was seen as morbid vindication for the Nigerian preacher’s prophecy.
However, Professor Moyo dismissed TB Joshua as “a false prophet” who may have been complicit in Mutharika’s murder by his enemies.
“I have no doubt in my mind that TB Joshua is a false prophet,” Prof Moyo told the Herald newspaper. “It’s possible to medically induce a cardiac arrest no wonder why his death was first leaked by his doctors.”
“TB Joshua’s involvement in this tragedy smacks more of a plot than a prophecy. One thing for sure is that there is no prophecy here but just a prediction if one is to give him a benefit of doubt.
“This leaves open the questions as to what happened because to neutral people there appears to be more to the saga than meets the eye.
“There is even spirited speculation in well informed circles that TB Joshua had privileged intelligence information about a death plot against President wa Mutharika and the plotters used him as their microphone to divert attention from them and let the death appear like it was an act of God when it was an intelligence operation.
“The kind of exact alleged prophecy on when it was going to happen shows that this was being said by someone with medical information and not from God.
On Sunday TB Joshua told a church service that the Malawian leader was aware the prophecy referred to him and that Mutharika had written to him about the prediction.
“Nine days ago I received a letter from his excellence Malawian president. He sent it to me because he knew I was talking to him,” he said.
TB Joshua refused disclose the contents of the letter saying it was personal but just showed the top reflecting whom it was addressed to and the bottom showing the sender.
He explained that Mutharika knew that his days of living were numbered and that he had answered God’s call and was now resting. Additional Reporting New Zimbabwe

I totally agree with Professor Moyo that this prophet is a false one .Malawians were failing to come to terms with the fact that the entire world was facing global financial crisis and they heaped all the blame on the late Wa Mutharika after he helped them from hunger which had ravaged the country for many years.Malawians turned against Mutharika and some form of muti or something may have been used to end the life of Wa Mutharika.

Like others have said, all the prophesies have come to pass. Talk about the AFCON prophesy, it was so accurate. Only GOD has the capacity to see things in the Spirit before they happen in the physical for us human beings to see. Thank God for placing TB Joshua in our lifetime to see that GOD is still at work for the faithful one.

I’m doubtfull of T.B Joshua.Not that I’m not religious, but there’s a great deal of exploitation involved with this man. For those who are quick to point at the realization of past prophecies, e.g AFCON win, as proof of his heavenly bestowed gift, from my recollection even the South African snagoma made this prediction; well in advance of T.B Joshua. And I also recall that T.B Josua made a pridiction that a country starting with the letter “G” would win the 2010 World Cup; we all know Spain won. So what accounts for that incorrect prophecy? To quote lyrics from Dead Prez, ” You can’t fool all the people all of the time, but if you fool the right ones, then the rest will follow behind.” It looks like T.B Joshua has fooled the right ones.

My advice to Prof. Moyo is that “It is better and wise to remain silent on issues you are not knowledgeable about rather than displaying your ignorance”. Please, emulate Gamaliel,s sayings which are found in Acts of the Apostles, chapter 5 in the following verses:

I agree with prof.moyo.I think that was murder of Bingu. What was Joyce Banda doing most time of the year in Nigeria with TB Joshua. why the first and second predictions failed. I think the one who was supposed to have poisoned Bingu could have backed out on two first predictions.Please pipo investigate the death of BINGU. Do toxicology analysis.
