I wish to express my deepest disappointment at the manner officers are being harassed by state house police command .The ADC to the president Mr Bwanga recently transferred 20 senior officers to various divisions without any reasonable cause.
These senior officers are very experienced in VIP protection. This has greatly compromised security at state house. This ADC is a security risk to the institution and to the president himself. Further more he has a tendancy of choosing officers to go on trips abroad single handedly which is not a normal practice. Officers are currently leaving under fear because of the way their colleagues were transferred. These transfers were effected on 14th April , 2012. For further information you can contact some of the officers who are affected .
These officers have since been replaced by inexperienced officers who are not trained in VIP protection. We need quick intervention from the president in this matter. Most of the officers whom he has brought for replacements are his personal friends he worked with at service HQ.
Concerned citizen.

Im an officer at state house.Thoz transfers were there and alot of senior officers who were transfered were also bad and corupt with the same atitude of mr.bwanga the ADC.The out going commisioner Mr.Kaonga was a very bad man,he made sure that he promoted, put them to good section, put them on abroad trip, male officers who were giving him money. He did the same to the female officers on condition of sleeping with them.Im impressed with only two female who refused to sleep with him.He also made all oficers to pay him K60pin each to put in his pocket.I case and hate Mr.Kaonga who even slept with her on niece, corupt,.
Mr.Mukoloba was a parent may God bless him
Alot of officers who were transfered were truly corupt, some even helped in bad vice
The are experience yes but what I know we can also do the job better all we need is to be promoted.
The last thing Im asking is the way ranks are given, alot of state house officers are not ranked, they have saved more than 10years.
Truly stae hluse need change.

Why are you crying, job rotation is the way to go.let your fellow officer get trained in VIP protection as well.you are even saying senior officers, even the juniors need to be groomed and mind you we need fresh officers not those who protected the former head of state.even a new home needs to be swept before shifting into the house.

What is wrong with transfers in public service?Nothing brother. Its good that he is exposing more cops to VIP security training and besides transfers are good for civil service because they bring uniformity in systems and procedures and most of all it curbs corruption and nepotism. So i think Zambians have more to gain from those transfers but i am sure the tranfered are crying foul because of lost perks and conditions of service.

Truly state house need change.
This issue looks simple but as officer we need peace and hamony to conduct VIP protection duties.
Mr.Bwanga also he knows nothing in VIP protection thats why he behave that,he only knows police work.KK had a strategy which we under go.

There is too much democracy in Zambia. Its normal practise to transfer officers like this and it always happens. Why should this person start complaining like this. The President has entrusted the ADC and hence his actions are meant to carry out his functions as breifed. What security risk. Were these good for nothing experienced officers born that way? Please just shut the f*ck up.

If State House Police Officers can be corrupt even going to the extennt of sexually abusing subordinates, where is the morality? Who is going to serve this country from these bad egges?
Those benefiting from corruption and evil acts must be told categorically that time will catch up with them and the law will visit them sooner than later

In sercurity some one can be experienced but when they stay in one place for a long time, they tend to compromise with professional ethics,They are all trained in the same field of how to handle and escort VIP .Unless they are replaced by drivers or mechanic or etc then you can say its a security risk.New pipo infact will have fear of making mistake hence they will be more careful.Unless u complain of losing privileges, yes i will agree wit u.Transfer some one is not harrassment..It is there in the condition of service.U may be deployment to work in every corner of the country as the need of your services arises.

i guess the one complaining is one of those affected.tranfers are inevitable in the public service and for security, its advisable to changed security personnel whenever you have the new head coz of royalty.if those who are there now are not trained, they will be trained as they did to those who have been transfered.its not a big deal, just accept change!!!!

No wonder you are being transferred, you job demands secrecy, but here you are, complaining about your job in public! Which shows that you are not reliable and cannot be trusted to keep your mouth shut.We ordinary Zambians are not supposed to know how you do your at state house because knowing that will compromise security. Congrats to the new guys, the younger generation deserves a chance!

2 truth hurts I think you are dull. Many of the people now in police, army, prisons are very educated a number of them are serving in missions abroad. Besides thier degrees and masters they have even undergone military training you failed to do. Are you aware that there are vets, medical doctors, civil engineers, lawyers etc in police and prisons? Are you aware that the houses the prisons are building they are using a prison officer who is a civil engineer, are you aware that the doctor who went with Zambian Olympic team is a prison officer with masters in internal medicine, the list is endless. GOD BLESS ZAMBIA.
