Yes I agree with the people of Livingstone. Please save the Departments of Tourism and especially Forestry from total collapse due to leadership problems. segregation of properly qualified staff is the order of administration and surrounding themselves with stugges who cant even advise on any programme. It is sad really sad

The Department of Forestry has better qualified professionals. The major setback for the country of Zambia to ensure forest controls is the Director of Forestry Anna Chileshe, who has backward approach to management and thinks transport for district officials is a luxiury.

True Forestry and Tourism are non-performers so is ZAWA. but Forestry is the Worse . we cant keep people like Anna Chileshe in that position anymore who is just busy giving consultancies and concessions corruptly to her husdand and friends. Fire Anna Chileshe and bring in new one, we are tired.

afterthat readvertise the top jobs at tourism and forestry so every gets fair chance. most people in tourism were corruptly appointed by wake and good ones fired.

This complaint is real and Office of the President should take it up and investigate fully. I know some staff in the Ministry of Tourism and they also complain about Justina Wake she has formed her own group that she works with and has sidelined many reasonable staff in the department

I think if there is anyone close to the President or the Minister of Tourism, this complaint should accorded the highest seriousness it deserves

I think tour operators in Livingstone have a say and please Mr. President listen to their cry. grant them and they are asking for if you listened to the Southern Province civil about their permanent secretary i am sure you will listen to the tourism operators

I hope Government takes this complaint seriously, I personally know Director Wake being referred to and I agree with them entirely.

In the same manner, Government need to address the issues in the forestry sector. The probelm is again with the Director there, Anna Chileshe Masinja, she is a non-performer but a sweet talker and sadly, if current Minister of Lands, Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Wylbur Simuusa is not careful, he will not her true nature until it is too late.

Retire these two women and other good for nothing Directors!!
