I am abroad for studies but I closely follow developments in my country Zambia. Blogging is now a worldwide phenomena and a knowledge base. I propose that all of us Zamvian bloggers get serious and contribute positively on any issue being discussed. This way many people even those being discussed can find useful comments that can help them. Blog should not be a place to unleash the unpalatables or express our hatred. It should be like insaka where issues are discussed by mature citizens. Please Zambians lets change and show the potential leadership qualities in us.
Thank you and please spare me from the usual unpalatables.

The PF regime is the most undefined institution which make the public difficult to comprehend. The question is, Does PF exist only in state functions where protocol has been crilified as Kabimba third in line OR Kabimba is non exist in PF government?, or except on party functions?

A democratic system of Government is theoretically run on the principle of separation of power, and that power is divided between the Executive, Judiciary and Legislative wings of Government.
However, it is the Executive wing which is ordinarily known as Government, and that is why we say the MMD Government and now we have the PF Government.

When Mr. Lubinda says Mr. Kabimba is not part of Government, he means Mr. Kabimba is not a member of the Executive.

Protocol is something else, the Speaker and the Chief Justice, being heads of the Legislature and Judiciary, respectively, come before Cabinet Ministers who are in the day to day meaning of Government.

So where is the problem when Lubinda says protocolwise Kabimba should come third even though he is not a member of the Executive?

Bloggers are talking about HH coz he is the only one talking about the misdirection yabakamba ba Sata. Chipimo & others must also talk about the wrongs (or rights if any) ayaba PF. Otherwise if they come to talk in 2015 bakaba nga Gen Miyanda. Full of leadership qualities but NO STRATEGY! !
