The contents of the Draft Constitution should be maintained or refined at all levels of debate and scrutinization. This draft constitution is an inspiration to most Zambians. Nothing should be tampered with. This is one of the reasons why we had voted for change. VIVA PF, VIVA ZAMBIA. No Barotse, No Bantustan.

This consititution is good and it has given the zambian people hope. Therefore, why taking it for refrendum? The majority is for this article. Channel the money which was budgeted for this execirse for some other projects.

Appreciated however let’s begin to address issues correctly. Its not 50 + 1 but rather 50% + 1 implying that the candidate with 50% of the votes plus one vote will be considered to have obtained majority votes! Thank you!

The declaration of Zambia as a christian Nation has been maintained and even enhanced. It reads that we acknowledge the supremacy of God and that Zambia is a Christian Nation. Despite the omission of EFZ, the committee heard from the majority’s wishes and aspirations. So its not about the CCZ but the people of Zambia. Viva the Technial Committee for consulting widely.

Read the document, it will be difficult even for perpetual critics like HH to find anything to take issue with Government.

Giev the credit where it is due, this draft could not have bheen availed to the public without interference from the MMd Government!!
