On Sunday of 29\05\2012 there was joy at the general house of the Baptist Sister’s hall in Rome-Italy, when His Excellence Gen. Gen. The gathering also allured number of Italians who have worked in Zambia before and other people who have coupled with Zambians came in and they had fan time in dancing to “Kalindula” music and other Zambian songs. The Zambian community prepared traditional foods such as “cassava leaves, dry fish etc… ” and in a private talk with Fr. Sylvester Kape, who is currently studying in Rome, said that its like coming home… Singing our national anthem on a foreign land I really feel happy to come together as one Zambia one nation.
Fr. Moses Hamungole (Working for Radio Vatican, in African English Department) a catholic priest of Lusaka Archdiocese who is currently serving as chairperson of Zambian community in Italy, in his speech on behalf of Zambians, thanked Gen. Moses. The father also wished Gen. Mapala the best on his way back home and a good lucky in his future projects in Zambia.

@Martin Mwango, if there is someone cheating you that you can become a reporter, he is bent on embarrassing you. You will do better with akantemba. With your broken English, which editor in his right frame of mind can accept your balderdash? Only Tumfweko.
who cares about this chap..?
Ba Mwango, I pray that you are not the Press Attache at the Zambian Embassy in Italy. Your article leaves much to be desired. What’s to ‘allure’? in the context that you have used it.
Gen Mapala, is a gentleman of all seasons with principled leadership and clear focus. All the best General; you have served this country with dignity and pride intact. You inspire many of us. Have blessed days of your life.
My god, who wrote this c.r.a.p?!!! And above all who approved the publication of this CRAPPPPPPP!!!!!
Was the article written by Martin Mwango or just the pictures? The English is like Chinese English – or is it Italian English?
This looks like a better ambassadorial posting than most others. What a good experience cut short!
Anyway bwelako mudala ukasange no bwali kuno pantu fi pasta fyachilamofye uko!
Pure Zam-English
Please let these gallant men who have served over 30 years rest and create employment for younger people twapapata. GOD BLESS ZAMBIA.
Very touching, it sounds like the Ambassador and co made an impact. I hope their replacements will work as hard. It’s not easy.
“…and wished him a good lucky”!!? Even a grade 3 can’t write that! “..and wished him good luck”, Idiot!
Hello there! I simply wish to offer you a big thumbs up for
your great info you have got here on this post. I will be coming back to your site for more soon.
Howdy just wanted to give you a quick heads up.
The text in your article seem to be running off the screen in Ie.
I’m not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with browser compatibility but I thought I’d
post to let you know. The style and design look great though!
Hope you get the problem resolved soon. Thanks
