Northwestern province deputy police commission Bonny Kapeso said the explosives and detonators were found hidden in the man’s bag who has since been identified as Levy Chola.
Mr. Kapeso said the explosives are alleged to have been meant for sale to fish mongers who use them for killing fish.
He disclosed that police are currently investigating the source of the explosives as the suspect confessed that he had bought them from an unnamed individual in Chingola.
The suspect who is in police custody was cornered in Kyawama after police picked him for harrassing his mother and upon being searched was found with the explosives.
Mr. Kapeso has cautioned members of the public to report anyone found selling such explosives saying doing so for the good of the community as they are extremely dangerous.
He emphasized that it is an offence for an individual to sell the explosives without authority.

What is the recovery rate of the good fish if you have to blow them before harvesting? Should Chilala in Mkushi also be blowing up his maize fields when harvesting? Let’s be serious.

Nevers Mumba is a money laundering machine.
He abuses tax payers money and fires anyone who gets in his way. He and Mr Nzoya (the deputy at the high commission here in Ottawa) have been stealing money to buy luxury cars for them selves in Ottawa
They also have an office slut “Carolina Rodriguez” working for them and she abuses the Zambian mission’s money by offering her physical body . She has surgical great perky boobs, tattoo on her hip, tattoo on her left wrist and a pierced clit

For the one who was asking how it works.explosives have a high energy release when they are detonated because of their chemical properties.the high energy creates nuclear fission which when detonated in water which has a lower compression effect enhances the pressure which raptures the fish internal organs and they die
