There was a serious accident on Lumumba’s family 24 early this morning that claimed the lives of three young women after the car they were in hit a pervment and a minibus that was parked throwing all passengers out before it came to a stop over 100metres away. One of the deceased was found on the rooftop of family 24. Among the items found in the mingled car were bottles of autumn harvest, a lady’s torn jeans trousers,a jacket and a G-string. The condition of the other occupant is still not known.
In a separate development a truck carrying alcohol plunged into Chelstone bazaar’s Barclay’s bank branch this afternoon, see picture below
This whole thing of driving high performance vehicles like a six-speed Altezza like they are rally cars is silly.
Now I believe what someone said “if you want to see an Altezza, check for car wrecks at the police station”
The fellow was driving with 3 women, high and speeding. Stupid death
What happened to wearing seat belts people?
Tumfweko youre making the story sound so juicy and reporting sensetive issues of the deceased. Why mention a G STRING!!EITHER WAY LIVES HAVE BEEN LOST.Pliz i demand responsible journalism.MSRIP
good riddance. these characters must be roasting in the bonn fire of hell. as for the chelstone incident, what do you expect from an alcohol carrying truck. the chap was high on alcohol of course
THE OTHER DAY I APPEALED TO OUR REPUBLICAN PRESIDENT TO PUMP SENSE INTO RTSA, ITS BOARD AND TRAFFIC POLICE TO GET SERIOUS WITH DRINK DRIVING!!!!I WAS IMPRESSED BY EMILY SIKAZWE’S FOLLOW UP REMARKS ON THE SAME TOPIC. IN ZAMBIA RTSA AND TRAFFIC POLICE ARE FAILING US! PLEASE ENACT AN APPROPRIATE SI AND A FAST TRACK COURT. OFFENDERS MUST BE CAGED FOR ONE NIGHT AND SENTENCED BY A COURT THE FOLLOWING DAY EITHER PAY K1,000,000 OR 1 MONTH SIMPLE IMPRISONMENT. PLEASE PLEASE BUY ALCOHOL METERS 2O FOR LUSAKA AND 2 FOR EACH DISTRICT. THEY WILL PAY FOR THEMSELVES!
Altteza njikataaaa mwalafwa bafikala take it easy thats a fast car
too sad an incident.rest in peace, for chelstone incident,it might be attempted robberly of the bank
RIP Chilala.we’l miss u.
Those are the consequences of driving under the influence of alcohol and having illicit sex in a car thats bad luck or minyama anyway rest in peace
For the wages of sin is death……HOLY MOSES!!!!
Nomba aba ama departed souls ninshi balechitana muli alteeza? Mayb he d’nt ejaculate thus hw he lost control…eh na’ wow! R.i.p mwebachendemwe
Sex. Alcohol. Drugs. Etc its the order of the day in zambian “xristion nation”
cabipa guys, where are these pipo going,is it hell or heaven?
@ bruce.. these pipo are neither going to Heaven nor hell…. either chingwele or leopards hill
RTSA has alot to look at,Lumwanamine has alcohol tolerance of anything above 0.02% can not be allowed to drive in the mine area including the mine township where our laws talks of 0.08% this person is completely drunk, how can he drive? RTSA you better think seriously.
Guys pantu mufwaya uku shaina even on mere prostitutes! When you hook a prostitute, just show her a wallet even if it is empty and you will see how fast she will remove the G-string! I experimented this trick on Janet C, believe you me it was booooom!
The bank guy, if he could have only hit that ATM, for sure he was drunk. dame!!!!!!!!!
Where was the truck going? Damn that chap was really drunk on the job.So thats what caused shortage of chibuku in kabwata. As for the altezaa victims, travel well wherever you are going
I think its time we start using cattle as means of transport like the tongas becoz these evil cars wil finish us.
We have too many driving schools which need to be monitored. The other day some instructor did not indicate or stop at a pedestrian crossing.
RTSA, wake up you id!ots! Are you waiting for half the driving population to be wiped out before you do something? You need to raise money and earn your keep by patrolling and arresting night drunk drivers. The Altezza driver could have killed innocent workers if he had plunged into Family 24. It is a shame that the driver died as he deserved to be prosecuted. As for the truck driver for the Chelston truck, it should be established if he was drunk or the brakes of the vehicle failed. I hope he did not injure anybody.
RTSA should be reformed!
…CLAIMS THREE LIVES…NOT LIVES OF THREE….SORRY NONETHELESS.
Did the car above have sit belts if it had then why where these ladies not wearing them. The truck above did the brakes fail how sad.
what was the truck doing at the bank!people should learn not to drink & drive.condolences to families.
Imwe ma Reporters please come to me for some free reporting lessons. In your reports always answer What? Where? Why? Who? and How? Where(in which city) is Family 24? What is it? A hill? a house? A nightclub?
serves them right!thir lost lives should be a testimony to all foolish pipo thinking they can play around in cars and on the road!be responsible wen in a car otherwise u ll be a sad statistic as well!MTSRIP
altteza is not a machine to play with it is a spot vehicle. dnt drink and drive.
the chelstone one what do u expected from a truck full of alcohol….sad
Guy let’s look at the important factor drinking and driving Ba RTSA re introduce breatherizing cause we losing lives proactive please
Ba 2mfweko stop censoring me.. where is Chelstone? Why do you have to report that a G string was found at the scene of the accident?
Dat guy shud ve got tired after drilling three bandits huh lol
.
As usual “MANGLED” become “MINGLED” and then the reading becomes unpalatable… Places are not situated, occupants not properly enumerated – but an interesting details on clothing (maybe the G-string aroused the reporter!)… Strewth!!!
Too bad 4 ma frnd Albert we ordy missn u in Kabwe man.
THINKING OF THIS ACCIDENT, LUSAKA CITY COUNCIL (LCC) AND RTSA HAVE TO BE SUED BY RELATIVES OF THE DECEASED. LCC FOR NEGLECTING PAINTING OF PAVEMENTS WHICH MADE THE DRIVER NOT SEE HIT INTO PAVEMENT AND KILLED PEOPLE. RTSA FOR SLEEPING WHEN DRUNK DRIVERS ARE LET FREE TO DRIVE THE WHOLE NIGHT TO KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE. IF WE START SUING THESE IRRESPONSIBLE PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS, LCC AND RTSA WILL EQUALLY BECOME SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!!
It’s so easy to comment on an accident when none of the victims is your relative. I only hope all of you know exactly the type of death you gonna experience.
Nama ATM yene ukushupa thats why the guy deceded to take a short cut to withdraw from inside the bank while seated in his truck!
