THINKING OF THIS ACCIDENT, LUSAKA CITY COUNCIL (LCC) AND RTSA HAVE TO BE SUED BY RELATIVES OF THE DECEASED. LCC FOR NEGLECTING PAINTING OF PAVEMENTS WHICH MADE THE DRIVER NOT SEE HIT INTO PAVEMENT AND KILLED PEOPLE. RTSA FOR SLEEPING WHEN DRUNK DRIVERS ARE LET FREE TO DRIVE THE WHOLE NIGHT TO KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE. IF WE START SUING THESE IRRESPONSIBLE PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS, LCC AND RTSA WILL EQUALLY BECOME SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!!
