Ba Hon. Kambwili, what is the government doing for the under 30 unemployed schools leavers who voluntarily want to go for ZNS Youth Programme instead of roaming the streets! Anything being put in place for these children?

this policy is a clear indication of how some chaps in govt are good at blubering rubbish.
1.If the govt feel they have the capacity to feed,pay and train thousands of young people they should start by clearing the street kids and give them this skills training to enable them to become self sustainable!
Why should they spend money on chaps who have capacity to study abroad? go to to UNZA,CBU or other colleges?
2.yes they are some who will struggle for one reason or the other to get into these institutions,let them voluntarily join in the team!

dear Mr.Minister please make realistic policies!!! u are running a country not a ka sido!!!!

Is this really necessary? what sort of infrastructure do you guys have to manage this? in the olden days when our fathers and mothers did ZNS, at least conditions then were manageable. now in these economic conditions, you think people will want to send their very young kids to the bush and for what? kids nowadays are completing secondary school at very6 young ages ,some as young as 14 and 15 years. in no way can i send my son to go and do this Gd forsaken thing. give the people a break cousin kambwili

This is a non starter watch the clock. PF is a good at flip floping……the simple question is who is going to fund this gigantic project…rehabilitaion of ZNS infrastruture, feeding students,paying trainers etc. the best is to include these skills in the already existing school programmes like UPND is suggesting. From grade 10 to 12 so that the cost is within the flame work of the current school programmes.
