LAST NIGHT TWO SERIOUS ACCIDENTS HAPPENED ON MUMBWA ROAD. ONE INVOLVING A TRUCK CARRYING STONES. THESE TRUCK DRIVERS DRINK THE WHOLE DAY IN FULL VIEW OF THE POLICE. MOST OF THEM HAVE NO LICENSES AND FITNESS. YET THEY ARE DETAINED AND RELEASED EVERY DAY!!!! ZAMBIA WHAT IS GOING ON KANSHI???? MOST ACCIDENTS ARE CA– USED BY DRUNK DRIVING AND THERE IS NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. RTSA AND THE POLICE NEED TO BE SERIOUS ON THESE MATTERS. IT IS NOT THE INCREASE IN MOTOR VEHICLE NUMBERS THAT IS CAUSING THESE ACCIDENTS BUT CARELESSNESS INCLUDING RTSA AND THE POLICE. Dealth is a portion for every living thing.However, on the dealth of our collegues, its very very sad that one person caused the death of many. May the Road Transport and Safety Agency compel all the public service drivers to under Defensive Driving Training which will change the atitude and behaviour of our drivers out there.
